After the treatment, there is usually only a slight redness of the treated area. This redness generally will subside soon after. You will be able to return to your daily activities immediately following treatment!

Does it hurt?

TempSure Envi has been carefully designed to be pain-free and 99% of patients described the treatment as comfortable.

Patients with nerve insensitivity to heat anywhere in the treatment area should not be treated for wrinkles.

What are some things to keep in mind before my procedure?

Treatment of wrinkles is dependent upon ongoing patient feedback. Local, oral and systemic anesthetic agents must not be used prior to or during wrinkle treatment. Also, all jewelry and makeup, including lotions and eye makeup should be removed from the treatment area. We will avoid treating over tattoos, permanent makeup and brows. Patients are also asked to remove beard stubble thoroughly prior to treatment.

How long are treatments?

Treatments last about 30-60 minutes depending on the area being treated. There is absolutely no downtime, allowing you to return to your normal activities immediately.

When will I see results?

Instantly! You will leave with a natural glow and what patients describe as a “tighter” feeling. The best part is, collagen will continue to rebuild over time, enhancing your skin’s appearance.

How many treatments do I need?

How can the Zimmer MedizinSystems Cryo cold air device improve my experience?

Studies have shown that skin cooling with the Cryo 6 cold air device reduces patients’ pain and sensitivity. Unlike other cooling methods, such as contact cooling, cryogen spray, or ice packs, the Cryo 6 can cool the epidermis before, during, and after treatment. As a result, treatments can be tolerated significantly better.

Dr. Paul Tritel

Paul Tritel, MD is the medical director of Tri Medical Aesthetics (TMA). A Southwest Florida native, he returned to Fort Myers to practice at Internal Medicine Associates in 2004. In 2017, he founded Tritel Concierge Medicine with his wife Lisa, and continues to practice there.

Dr. Tritel is a highly experienced physician holding an active board certification in Internal Medicine since 1999. He has a holistic approach to medicine and believes in the importance of a well-rounded approach to medical care. He understands the vital roles of diet, exercise, and nutrition so that patients can maintain not only their health but also their quality of life.

Paul believes in the importance of the mind, body and spirit, but also has come to understand how aesthetic services can produce meaningful positive lifestyle changes. He has embraced this new and exciting role as a student and a teacher.
