Does the cellulite treatment hurt?

No. The TempSure Firm handpiece delivers heat in a consistent and gradual manner. Clients report a spa-like, deep warming sensation during their treatments. Most clients say they could fall asleep during the treatments.

Am I a candidate for TempSure Firm treatments?

There are several factors that go into determining if you are a good candidate for treatment. Your clinician will discuss all inclusion and exclusion criteria at your consultation to make sure you are a candidate for treatment.

How many treatments are needed?

Everyone is different. Most clients require anywhere from 5-8 treatments depending on your skin condition and what area is being treated.

How long does the treatment take?

Treatments take five minutes for a full abdomen and ten minutes for both thighs. Typically, five minutes per selected area.

When can I return to normal activities?

You may return to normal daily activities immediately after treatment. A sunscreen of SPF 30 should always be applied to the treated areas that may be exposed to the sun.

When will I see results?

Results may be seen a few weeks to a month after your last treatment. Remember that the improvement of the appearance of your cellulite is only temporary.

How does RF reduce cellulite?

Cellulite results from changes in the blood circulation and lymphatic system. As fat cells expand, the fibrous septae pull against sections of fat resulting in a dimpled appearance. To reduce the appearance of cellulite, the movement of a massage head along with RF energy facilitates the movement of fluids into the interstitial space where it can be naturally evacuated by the body’s lymphatic system.

How can the Zimmer MedizinSystems Cryo cold air device improve my experience?

Studies have shown that skin cooling with the Cryo 6 cold air device reduces patients’ pain and sensitivity. Unlike other cooling methods, such as contact cooling, cryogen spray, or ice packs, the Cryo 6 can cool the epidermis before, during, and after treatment. As a result, treatments can be tolerated significantly better.

Dr. Paul Tritel

Paul Tritel, MD is the medical director of Tri Medical Aesthetics (TMA). A Southwest Florida native, he returned to Fort Myers to practice at Internal Medicine Associates in 2004. In 2017, he founded Tritel Concierge Medicine with his wife Lisa, and continues to practice there.

Dr. Tritel is a highly experienced physician holding an active board certification in Internal Medicine since 1999. He has a holistic approach to medicine and believes in the importance of a well-rounded approach to medical care. He understands the vital roles of diet, exercise, and nutrition so that patients can maintain not only their health but also their quality of life.

Paul believes in the importance of the mind, body and spirit, but also has come to understand how aesthetic services can produce meaningful positive lifestyle changes. He has embraced this new and exciting role as a student and a teacher.
